Subpoenas

We will endeavor to comply with subpoenas in a timely manner, provided the subpoena is properly served upon the designated testifying expert via one of the options below:

1. Subpoenas may be emailed directly to the testifying expert with the Perceptio Forensics Administrative Manager [kallen@perceptioforensics.com] copied on the email.
2. Alternatively, subpoenas may be sent via certified mail to the Perceptio Forensics mailing address: 2245-C Ashley Crossing Drive #147, Charleston, SC 29414.
3. Our general policy is that clients are authorized to accept service on our behalf, and they may forward the subpoena to the testifying expert via one of the options above.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT subpoenas delivered in person, or any attempt to deliver them in person. Any such attempt in person will result in a significant additional charge to the party serving the subpoena.
